The traditional schooling system is a failure, it is a system that was designed 150 years ago by men in suits meant to create workers not thinkers.

The system is obsolete and not at all relevant to the current job market. The standardization, testing, and grading that is done in schools today has been around for over a century. In fact, it’s based on 18th century methods of instruction that were designed for children in factories or sweatshops where they would be taught how to do their jobs — not college-bound individuals with dreams of becoming leaders in society!

This approach has failed miserably because it doesn’t take into account the type of person you want your child to become: independent thinkers who have strong opinions but also know when they don’t have all the answers; creative problem solvers who are able to think outside the box; people who can work together as teams when necessary ; individuals who aren’t afraid or ashamed about asking questions about things they don’t understand.

The system is based on standardization and testing.

The traditional school system is based on standardization and testing. The idea that we are all the same means that there’s no need for diversity, since everyone will be able to succeed in the exact same way. In other words, if you don’t like your school or teacher and want something different, it won’t work for you because they’ve already decided what works best for them — and they will force this idea on you whether or not you’re happy with it!

This also means that if one student fails at something they do every day (such as reading), then all students who aren’t successful at doing that activity have failed too — because they didn’t follow through exactly as expected by the teacher/school system! In fact…

The system kills initiative and creativity, therefore the kids are not ready for the real world and the job market.

The traditional schooling system is a failure because it does not teach children how to think for themselves, solve problems and make decisions. They are not learning how to communicate effectively or work in teams or take responsibility for their actions. In addition, the traditional school system does not help develop self-discipline and determination which are vital skills for success at work or any other environment where you need perseverance, hard work and dedication in order to achieve goals.

There are many options available out there to change this system. With technology, open learning, and new tools available to implement systems that changes the obsolete processes and systems, we can turn things around!
