A great learning process can prove to be successful when students engage in it and participate. Good informative content along with engaging games are today’s learning secrets. Today’s youth cultivates to learn more through the medium of fun games and projects. Talking further, we human beings make mistakes a lot, and at times we can even forget things done a minute ago. It becomes hard to recall. Learning real-life skills and implementing them is as necessary as education. Humans generally improve faster and make less noticeable mistakes as they repeatedly perform the same tasks again and again. Catching up on information and remembering them precisely for the long term is learning.
To put it simply, Knowledge retention, also popularly referred to as knowledge management can be defined as the process of learning i.e, the form of the process by which any new information or knowledge can be easily communicated from short-term learning to long-term learning and memorization. Following up on the idea of knowledge retention can work wonders with young kids from an early age in both digital and traditional methods of learning.

The strategy followed by Knowledge retention is appreciable. With ongoing learning and training, this strategy can be an add-on to our knowledge. As we proceed further, this strategy ensures that children not only complete their assigned task without errors and learn, but also enhance their skills in the process.
(a) Reading less and remembering more in every prospect:
Effective learning is said to be fulfilled with short interactive sessions. It is often observed that poor knowledge retention can be caused by a cluster of too much information to be absorbed in one go. Hence, one can note that visibly children tend to learn fast and gather more knowledge with small chunks of lessons in a proper manner.
(b) Repeating things will help catch up on learning fast
We were taught to learn things by repeating them simultaneously. Just like that, it is advised to follow the traditional method of repetition. Repeating new knowledge can boost the flow of learning.
(c) Relating situations to the real world is important
Practical learning is a must. Teaching should be made in such a way that it enhances the learning process by applying situations to the real world. Also, encouraging critical thinking skills can help further evaluate the knowledge to be retained.
